Positive: Overall hotel provided perfect, comfortable accommodation. The amenities as well as the room were suitable for our child. Selection of food during breakfasts and dinners was very good. In general, calm environnement, beautiful mountains around, definitely recommending.
Negative: Staff, overall. They were not very polite, communication was rather robotic - lacking basic customer service soft skills. English level poor. Worth to mention, during our meals the cleaning staff was very professional.

Positive: Very nice and profesional personal. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Recommend more for families than couples or adults to rest. Positive that in the evening the pool was just for Adults.
Negative: Not really commended for chill out time, a lot of families with kids (so recommended for families ;)), very busy and loud during breakfast. Huge queue for coffee.
Summary: Generally I would recommend for families with kids.

Positive: The hotel is located in a picturesque place. Our room had a view of the mountains. Besides the hotel itself, there are many interesting places around. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the pools are clean, and the food is delicious. The children's animation was interesting and appropriate, there was a playground, trampolines - my child had fun. I would recommend taking breakfast and dinner. There is a rotation of dishes and a great variety of them. There is a separate children's menu as well. Props to restaurant workers. They work like bees. We got a great value for money.
Negative: This does not apply to us, as we are traveling with a child, but for those who prefer a quieter environment, this place may not be suitable. There were many children in the hotel, and it is expected that they will make a lot of noise, especially during breakfast and dinner.

Positive: Elegant building, comfortable and spacious room with lots of storage space, friendly staff
Negative: This hotel seems like a fantastic choice for families, but I wouldn’t suggest it for couples traveling without kids. The common areas are quite noisy, and the pools tend to be overcrowded. Additionally, the outdoor pool lacks a pleasant view. Breakfast can be quite overwhelming due to the chaos and limited seating, which may require waiting in line. We also found that toiletries did not include a dental set, and we had to pay extra for that. Parking is not included and costs between 35-60 PLN per day. When we requested champagne glasses from the reception, we were directed to the lounge bar instead. Overall, the service fell short of our expectations.

Negative: I would appreciate if the dinner time is longer than just till 7pm and if the swimming pool is open earlier in the morning. But that´s nothing that would spoil our vacation which we enjoyed very much.
